The location of the hotel is fantastic, being very close to Hyde Park and conveniently located near the area we were visiting. The Underground station is just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are cozy and warm, making us feel at home during our stay. The front desk staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The housekeeping was very clean and the overall service quality was good.
The bathroom in our room was small, which made it difficult for two people to get ready at the same time.

I recently stayed at a hotel near Paddington and Oxford Street for a few nights. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was spacious. The location was ideal, making it easy to explore the city. The shower had a delightful rainfall feature, and the breakfast offered a fresh and varied selection. As young holiday goers, we loved the location, friendly staff, and clean rooms. The complementary upgrade to the Montcalm was a lovely surprise. The bed was comfortable and there was no noise disturbance from outside. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were excellent in addressing our queries.

The hotel is conveniently located close to many attractions and near London Euston station. However, some rooms near the unloading area might be noisy in the morning. Despite this, the staff is wonderful and willing to make arrangements for an enjoyable stay. Some rooms have facilities like iPad for guests to use.
The hotel needs refurbishment and improvement in some areas.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to key attractions and amenities in the area. The staff at the hotel were friendly and cute, providing a warm and pleasant check-in experience. the rooms were stylishly decorated, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere of the hotel.
One drawback was the breakfast experience, as the tables were often not cleaned and ready, and the service could be lacking. Another disappointment was the shower, as the rainfall option had very low water pressure, making it difficult to enjoy a proper shower experience.

The hotel was extremely clean, with great shower facilities. There was a mini fridge in the room for storing water. Conveniently located within a 5-minute walk to the metro station. Plenty of shopping and dining options around the hotel.
