The location of the hotel is fantastic, being very close to Hyde Park and conveniently located near the area we were visiting. The Underground station is just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are cozy and warm, making us feel at home during our stay. The front desk staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The housekeeping was very clean and the overall service quality was good.

The bathroom in our room was small, which made it difficult for two people to get ready at the same time.

I recently stayed at a hotel near Paddington and Oxford Street for a few nights. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was spacious. The location was ideal, making it easy to explore the city. The shower had a delightful rainfall feature, and the breakfast offered a fresh and varied selection. As young holiday goers, we loved the location, friendly staff, and clean rooms. The complementary upgrade to the Montcalm was a lovely surprise. The hotel is conveniently located close to many attractions and near London Euston station. However, some rooms near the unloading area might be noisy in the morning. Despite this, the staff is wonderful and willing to make arrangements for an enjoyable stay. Some rooms have facilities like iPad for guests to use.

The hotel was extremely clean, with great shower facilities. There was a mini fridge in the room for storing water. Conveniently located within a 5-minute walk to the metro station. Plenty of shopping and dining options around the hotel.
